WHAT IS TRULY GREAT? When we get those three areas right, we will be a truly great company. But what does truly great mean? It breaks down like this: 1. Great Place to Work A strong foundation of values that guides what we do. A place where people have opportunities to develop and grow throughout their careers. The knowledge that we’re making a meaningful contribution every day. The great feeling of being part of a winning team. Great Financial Results Relentless focus on flawless execution every day.
½ I feel that after being worn out from the previous two installments, 'Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith' is kind of a breath of fresh air to all the fans and new-comers alike. Through replicating visuals and referencing old dialogue, this film is much more enjoyable than the rest of this trilogy. George Lucas doesn't shove schlocky things down your throat this time around, in fact, he rather pays homage to the original film in many more ways than one. It may still have horrible dialogue, especially in the romance portion of the film, but the visuals and the story far surpass anything and everything the previous two had to offer.

A total shareholder return that beats our competitors, despite market conditions. Great Sustainable Products Pride in the products we make, which make life better for millions of people, and which come from a sustainable, natural resource that we've managed carefully for more than a century. Great Commitment to Community A commitment to giving back to our operating communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.
